Q: Why does my candle not filling the room with scent?
A: You need to consider the room size when purchasing candles.
Hint: The larger the room the more canldes you may need. Large room you may need several candles, Small rooms can use a small or medium size candle.
 
Q: Why do my candles burn down the middle?
A: The first time you burn your candle let it burn completely to the edge of the conainer. Candles have memory and they tend to burn the same way each time you burn it.
 
 
 
 

Q: Why do my candles turn black on the inside?
A: The wick needs to be trimmed to 1/4" with each use.
 
Q: What is the best way to extinguish my candle?
With a non flammable instrument dip the wick into the melted wax pool and reposition the wick to the center of the candle. This will prevent smoking.
 

Q: How do I get the last of the wax out of my container?
A: Place your container in the freezer for about 20 minutes and the wax shoould pop out of the container.
 
 
Q: How do I get wax out of my clothes and furniture?
A: Get a brown paper bag and a iron and place them on a table or counter. Place the bag on your clothes or furniture and place the iron on top of the bag and hold the iron on top of your clothes or furniture until the wax melts off and soaks into the brown paper bag. You may need to do this a few times before the wax is completely gone. .

Q: What is the recommened time to burn a candle?
A:  You should burn your candle no more then 2 hours at a time. If your burning your candle for the first time then you should burn it in the amount of hours as the diameter of your candle. if your candle is 3" in diameter then burn it for 3 hours. (This is the first time only).
Q: Why is my candle separating from my container?
 
A:  It's fine. Candles tend to do this. It's nothing wrong with the candle and unfortunatly there's nothing that can be done about it.
